As the VP of Brand Communications at Confluent Health, I lead external communications, crisis communications, public relations, social media management, reputation management, and creative production for a family of physical therapy and occupational therapy companies. With over 16 years of experience in marketing and communications, I have a passion for creating and executing innovative campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and loyalty for our partners. My core competencies include digital marketing, content marketing, performance media, crisis management, and agency operations. I have a Master of Arts in Strategic Public Relations and Crisis Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I also have multiple certifications from Google, including Google AdWords and Google Analytics. My mission is to transform healthcare by strengthening private practices, developing highly effective clinicians, and lowering healthcare costs through workplace wellness and injury prevention.
