I am a licensed psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University, currently providing talk therapy through Vitae Health Systems and my private practice. My clinical focus includes supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, divorce, substance use disorder and more. With a compassionate, person-centered approach, I work with adults, older adults, and families to help them process life’s challenges, build resilience, and improve emotional well-being.
