About Betsy Clark

I am a Real Estate Broker who owns her own Brokerage servicing Lake Vermilion, Giants Ridge, Eagles Nest area and many Iron Range Communities such as Angora, Aurora, Biwabik, Cook, Gilbert, Hoyt Lakes, Soudan and Virginia Minnesota. In I purchased half of Northwoods Land Office and within two years had bought out the remaining Partner and am a 100% woman owned Brokerage. My experience is with lake homes, lake cabins, vacant lake shore parcels, country homes, larger acreage parcels, and of course first time home buyers. I enjoy specialty projects such as selling the Tower Marina, Lake Vermilion. As times dictated I became a foreclosure specialist dealing with short sale transactions and representing REO providers such as FannieMae, GreenRiver and a variety of other entities. Prior to I worked as a Legal Secretary at Dorsey & Whiteney for 15 years. My experience there was mainly in the Litigation Division with secondary experience in Corporate Law and Patents and Trademarks. My goal is to continue to live on the Iron Range and work with both Buyers and Sellers to reach a sale price satisfactory to both parties.
