Process Owner commitment documents including, but not limited to, Contract, Change Order Proposals, Insurance and Bonds. Process Subcontractor commitment documents and associated reports including, but not limited to, Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders, Work Orders and Change Orders. Receives executed subcontract commitment documents, records executed date, file. Process subcontractor submittals, including the management of the submittal log ensuring all submittals are collected and processed timely. Process RFIs, including the management of the RFI log ensuring all RFIs are processed timely. Prepare and distribute plans to subcontractors including updates through the course of construction. Set up and maintain project files. Receive, review and process job close out requirements. Maintain client, vendor, and subcontractor contacts Track new jobs and project status Receive, review and process monthly progress billing. Produces professional written correspondence on own accord and as directed by Manager or Project Manager
