About Betsy Walker

Detail-oriented freelance graphic designer and digital artist. I love having fun at work and creating the best solutions for every scenario! I have been working with the Adobe Suite for over 8 years, and have developed the skills necessary to design a vast assortment of products, including web banners, icons, package designs, business cards, t-shirts, and many, many more. I also have 5+ years of customer service experience through my time in the retail, and telecom industries, and have honed my business communication skills through my previous positions. I am currently continuing my skill-building in the customer service field by exploring the world of finance. In my free time, I enjoy creating works of digital and traditional art, and I am passionate about music as both a singer and songwriter. I also create my own costumes yearly for cosplay, and each year I sell various accessories for costuming online and to local acquaintances, as well as doing creative character and art design for both personal projects and professional clientele. Currently studying for my Google Certificate in Digital Marketing. I intend to take my credits from Southeast Community College to the University of Nebraska - Lincoln's Emerging Media Arts program, with a focus in Story. Graduate of the Calhoun Area Career Center's Graphic Communications Technology program.
