About Bettina Muzzio

I’m a designer who loves bringing structure to creativity. With 10+ years of experience (including four in the tech world), I’ve worked across branding, marketing, and operations—balancing the creative and the strategic to make great work happen. I started out in editorial design but quickly found myself drawn to the bigger picture—how teams collaborate, how projects flow, and how to create the right conditions for great design. That curiosity led me to explore DesignOps and how to apply its principles to improve workflows, streamline collaboration, and build better systems for design teams. These days, I’m a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer at CoachHub, shaping a wide range of creative and strategic initiatives that support sales and marketing. Beyond designing, I focus on optimizing processes and documentation to keep things running smoothly. I love tackling the behind-the-scenes challenges that make creative teams more effective and well-supported. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring music (brazilian/indie/rock/jazz & beyond) and contemporary art—a big part of what inspires me.
