My strength lies in the development of an optimized collaboration within and in between teams. We start to move and learn by doing, so self-reliance is build and everyone involved is willing to contribute to the intended results. Always focused on progress from a customers perspective without losing sight of the company interest and keeping up morale of the team(s).
