About Betty Monari

I'm a 25-year-old living in Arizona right now. At the University of Arizona, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I'm a graduate student at Grand Canyon University focusing in Human Factors with a May 2024 graduation date in mind. For the past 2 years, I have been employed as behavioral health specialist at various hospitals. In order to enter the tech industry, I chose to extend my education by earning my master's at GCU. I've always had a fascination for art, and in my spare time I'm generally either making digital art or painting. With the development of technology, my passion for creating digital art has grown, which has motivated me to search for work in user experience. Due to my curiosity and desire to explore new ideas and solve issues, research is another one of my passions. I'm now seeking a job in as a data analyst to transition into tech and then pursue a career in UX design or UX research where I can utilize my enthusiasm to improve other people's technological experiences.
