Betty Stenson is the Programming Officer at the Irish Writers Centre. This means creating writing courses for writers by writers and for people who want to be writers. It's the best job in the world! Betty also programmes several literary events each year for IWC in association with various cultural partners. Betty has spent the whole of her working life as a communicator, whether as a librarian in the public library service or as a PR & Marketing executive in later years. Words are her passion. She has a unique skills set with academic qualifications ranging from a Master's Degree in Social Policy to post graduate awards in Digital Marketing and in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Enterprise. She has extensive research experience and a long history of writing excellent content for documents, reports, newsletters, blogs, social media and websites.
