About Bev Burke

As a long time Special Education Resource Support professional, I was extremely fortunate to be able to return to my studies at California State University, Monterey Bay and pursue a B.A. in Liberal Studies with a minor in Human Development.I am incredibly passionate about helping less fortunate students achieve their full academic potential. While pursuing my studies I was concurrently able to continue my career in education, furthering my understanding of the coursework as well as improving my connection with my students. It helped me to not only understand my courses but also benefit my students with techniques and skills outside of the basic curriculum I was following. I am tremendously enthusiastic about bettering student's education and providing them with the tools and confidence they need to not only achieve but conquer their learning goals.
