About Bevan Brown

I'm an infrastructure professional with over 35 years of executive, project and commercial management experience in the delivery of infrastructure programs and projects. I value providing the community with generation-changing outcomes. I'm experienced in leading and managing portfolios of projects, building and developing teams to focus on delivery in complex environments to achieve project objectives from definition to commissioning. My skills and experience in negotiating, influencing and delivering through internal and external relationships are complemented by my enthusiasm and integrity. My achievements include leading organisations and teams to safe, below-budget and ahead-of-schedule outcomes. My delivery to meet the needs of asset owners, operators and maintainers have been accomplished through strong relationships, governance, risk management and change control. Project health checks, due diligence and steering successful organisational change are some of my capabilities. Since joining E3 Advisory, I have been advising government and private sector clients on water, energy, rail, road, arts, sporting, social infrastructure projects. In the decade to 2015, I was the infrastructure commercial leader at Transport for NSW and my accomplishments included shaping and delivering the commercial and contractual outcomes of over 50 projects with a value of over $13bn. I have successfully determined program and project delivery strategies, contract packaging and risk allocation to achieve robust and reliable project outcomes. Before joining Transport for NSW, I was assisting clients to deliver infrastructure, defence and technology projects, including advising on risk management, cost, schedule, project performance, procurement, contracts and dispute resolution. During this time, for 2 years, I was the NSW and QLD State Project Manager for Telstra's national broadband rollout. My foundation in infrastructure is project management, site engineering and cost estimating with construction contractors.
