About Beverley Eves

Hi, my name is Bev and I am a highly dedicated and experienced Property Manager. I have recently set up my own Property Management Company after years working for a larger company in the industry. I have an extensive network within the industry and an impeccable track record. I have therefore been able to build up a large portfolio after a very short time and I continue to grow the business. Given my experience and the freedom to move quickly as a small business, I am perfectly placed to advise developers new to the world of estate development. I have already helped two developers navigate the early stages of their journey and I welcome discussions with any others looking to move into this space. I am conscientious and solution focused and I will not let a challenge go until I have found a suitable solution. I have a number of highly respected and experienced developers in my portfolio, and I enjoy the repeat business that I have with so many clients that enjoy the personal relationships I have forged over the course of many years in the industry. I also relish the challenge of taking on business from established management companies that are seeking to build a strong relationship with an agent that is prepared to go the extra mile, and offer a flexible service that is structured around their needs. When not engrossed in work (which is not much at the moment as anyone who has started their own business will know!) I enjoy working on my own renovation project, and as this nears completion I am contemplating another future project.
