In Life Coaching you and I will work together as a team to help you open your heart and mind to see all the wonderful possibilities that are in store for you. We’ll figure out where you’re feeling “stuck” in your life and help you set and achieve goals for what you want to accomplish. As a coach, my job is to listen non-judgmentally, ask probing questions that will help you think clearly and open your mind to find your own answers from within. As your coach, I will support you, give you the tools you need, and provide clarity to help you figure out where you are and where you want to be in your life. l will be your biggest cheerleader; will laugh and cry with you, and be a proud coach when you begin to achieve the goals you set for yourself!
