My role involved managing the project team, building effective relationships, liaising with all stakeholders and promoting the programme as an exemplar within its field. This role involved extensive liaison between the government departments, the consortium of partners and leaders and local Wildlife Trusts. Managed Lincolnshire's Heritage Open Days programme which typically involved over 180 events, over 700 volunteers and up to visitors each September. I also developed, managed and promoted South Lincolnshire Walking Festival which attracted over walkers.
