About Beverly Ackermann

Growing up, I wanted to be a teacher. My family found this very strange for a rebel and my Dad, being in the Military, recommended I do Military Training to find myself, grow up and meet life. I ended up staying for 3 years really enjoying the structure and different units I worked at. I was drawn to Media, wanting more interaction with “civilians”. My journey took me to Ads24 where my Military ways came in handy. Understanding Structure, sometimes forming structure! I ended up selling, training and organising. I love teaching and learning – whether it is a new system, old system – new people, general information etc. I have been with many Media companies, seen how they function and implemented their systems as far as possible. I understand how unique and different every Sales team and product is. I also believe that Life experience is one of the most important factors in being able to support and teach. You might think you know yourself at the age of 25, but you’ll be a completely different person by the age of 40! Learn from others and from yourself. I believe the best characteristics any person can have are Honesty, Integrity and Loyalty.
