With over 20 years of experience in customer service, I am currently a Corporate Account Manager at Amtrak, the nation's largest passenger rail service provider. I manage and grow relationships with key corporate accounts, negotiate contracts and pricing, and deliver customized solutions that meet their travel needs and expectations. I leverage my skills in business management, customer service management, and workable solutions to increase revenue, retention, and satisfaction. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback, insights, and recommendations on market trends, customer behavior, and product enhancements. In my previous roles at Amtrak, I was a Senior Business Analyst and a Charter and Special Moves Manager, where I analyzed data, developed strategies, and coordinated special events and projects. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
