About Beverly Gilbert

Beverly Gilbert has been a leader in education in both traditional education institutions as well as in a national charter school. Before joining CALCO Consulting Group, she served the last 15 years as Executive Director of School Engagement/Partnerships and as Director of Professional Development for the national network of SIATech Charter Schools. Throughout her tenure with the SIATech organization, she managed national accreditation, state-wide educational induction programs, and developed multiple state-wide educator assessment programs. She has extensive experience in writing charters and grants as well as providing technical assistance in a wide-range of educational projects such as developing national professional development programs, creating customized instructional models, as well as providing administrative leadership within the organization. She has provided innovative support to educational partners such as Job Corps, County Offices of Education and education associations with online learning, instructional systems and a variety of projects. Her work spans traditional, virtual and hybrid learning systems and she is highly experienced in developing and supporting educational systems for youth 16 – 24 who face barriers to education. Ms. Gilbert joins CALCO Consulting Group as Executive Director of Educational Services where she will lead the strategic direction of the Education Division. She will also provide oversight for a variety of education development consulting projects providing solutions for a range of areas such as academic support, career pathways, curriculum and instructional design as well as others that are critical to education.
