Ms. Ward is the Global Lead for Industry Learning Programs and currently leads enterprise strategy, design, development and deployment initiatives to differentiate IBM’s client-facing professionals in the marketplace. The industry programs target the acceleration of industry and Line of Business skill and expertise development across eighteen industries including formal, experiential, mentoring and social media enablement programs. Ms. Ward joined IBM as part of the PricewaterhouseCoopers acquisition and has held a variety of positions with a common focus on human capital and talent management. Ms. Ward believes that learning is a life-long endeavor. Ms. Ward’s prior experiences includes leading a number of large, complex learning and talent development projects from outsourced HR/Learning programs to enterprise implementations of learning technologies. Her skills and expertise cover the complete life cycle of talent solutions from strategy to design, development and implementation. Ms. Ward has led initiatives ranging from short term strategy efforts to multi-year enterprise implementations including change management and cultural impact initiatives. Ms. Ward is a results oriented professional with 30+ years experience in human performance improvement, process reengineering, finance, marketing and large-scale program management representing corporate, government and academia with 15+ years in consulting. Ms. Ward received her BA in Psychology from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Oh, and her M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, TX.
