Who I am: As a tax attorney, I have the opportunity to change my clients’ lives by solving their personal and business tax problems. From negotiating with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) a settlement that is comfortable for a client to getting IRS to release a lien or levy, the favorite part of my tax practice has always been the peace I give to my clients when I tell them that their debt has been significantly reduced or their tax issues have been resolved. My ideal client: My ideal clients are small businesses and individuals who have a dispute with the IRS that involves a tax liability (collections) or proposed tax liability (audit) of or more. Good strategic connections for me include: The following people are good strategic connections for me because we are good sources of references for each other:(1) Bankers;(2) Accountants;(3) Tax Preparers;(4) Business coaches;(5) Attorneys and (6) people who service small businesses. Professional Speaker and Consultant: I speak and consult on a variety of business topics including, but not limited to, strategies for tax mitigation and tax resolution, small business financing, and strategic alliances. Something unique about me: In May 2014, I was inducted into Bowie State University (BSU) Sports Hall of Fame. This honor was bestowed upon me as a result of my contributions that I made to the university. During my tenure, I won 3 conference championships and was All Conference, All Regional and MVP selections. I am excited to use my skills that I learned while playing sports, to be the MVP that resolves my client's problems.
