Bevin has a vision: To improve quality of life of the aging population through Dental Tech’s portable dental and denture solutions so people can eat, chew, speak and socialise with dignity and confidence in the comfort of their own home or nursing home. Dental Tech Group is the largest provider of portable dental and denture services in Ireland and has multiple denture clinics locations around the country to ensure everyone has access to dentures that improve quality of life. In 2001, Bevin Mahon joined the back then team of 4 Dental Tech. Having completed her degree is Social Science and with working experience from prestigious advertising companies in New York to high end revolving door manufacturers in Ireland, the goal was clear to her; growth, job creation and sustainability. Dental Tech with its team of rock-star employees, is now a multi-award winning company having gained many prestigious awards over the years including Business Excellence Award for Best team (2010). Winner of the Business All-Star Awards for Best Small Business (2018) and winner of the Business All-Star Award for Best Health Company (2019). Dental Tech won the Business Excellence Award for Best Leadership and Culture Company (2019). Dental Tech is proudly listed on the register of companies who meet the UN Global Women’s Empowerment Principles, a set of principles helping to promote gender quality in the workplace. Bevin qualified as an Employee Engagement Coach in 2017. She was accredited the prestigious Business All-Star Thought Leader in Community Health (Dental) in 2018 for her contribution to changing the way dental and denture services are accessed in our community. Bevin was re-accredited again in 2019. In October 2018 Bevin was selected as one of 11 business women globally to participate in the Global Ambassadors Program, a Vital Voices program in partnership with Bank of America. In 2019 Bevin was a finalist in the Irish Women’s Awards and was the overall winner for the Graham Norton Gin Inspiring Women Awards for Healthcare Pioneer (2019). In 2019 Bevin won a place on the EY Winning Women European group and was a nominee for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Ireland 2020 Bevin is a passionate supporter of female entrepreneurship and supporting women in businesses. She is a proud Going For Growth Ambassador helping to support and promote women in business serious about growing their business.
