About Beyza Varol

Hello, I am Beyza Varol. I am an Electronic Communication Engineer. In my field of expertise, I am focused on Network Monitoring systems, especially managing daily operations with powerful tools such as Cacti and Zabbix, ensuring data consistency and optimizing the configuration of these systems.In collaboration with the Network Operations Center, I take part in projects such as designing and implementing customized dashboards in Zabbix specific to the needs of different business units. I also work with Network Operations teams to carry out operations focused on data systematics and integrity in Zabbix and Cacti systems and contribute to these processes.Within daily operations, I have responsibilities such as managing the alarm system and informing the Operations unit to take quick action against potential problems. I assume the role of Zabbix superadmin, perform user management and ensure that authorizations are defined correctly.In addition, I am working on an important project on the inventory side; within the scope of this project, I standardize and optimize the configuration of the inventory. At the same time, I monitor and update the relationships of the inventories used and work to improve system performance.In the field of service quality management, I monitor performance and outage alarms, manage escalation processes and ensure follow-up. With the experience I have gained in these processes, I am constantly improving myself in this field and I am also interested in advanced technologies such as deep learning and machine learning.
