About Bhagyashree Ghosalkar

I love to use a training style which is inclusive, participative and fun: Incorporating the principles of adult learning to make the workshops interactive, engaging and effective for the adult audience. Strongly believe in the Confucian saying,"tell me and I will forget, show me and I may remember, involve me and I will understand." I enjoy designing the content for the workshops as well as delivering it. I specialise in training on Communication, Self Management, POWER attitude and Leadership for junior to mid management level. I truly believe that our youth can contribute more to society and the workforce if it has life skills along with education. Our youth is educated but not necessarily employable and has thus resulted in my working closely with school and college students to bridge this gap with workshops ranging from language training, GD and Interview skills to grooming and presentation skills.
