Hi, I’m Bhalchandra Nikte. I’ve spent over four decades in the courtrooms of Pune and Mumbai — and this year, our firm marks 73 years of legal legacy. I was born into a family of advocates. My father founded Nikte & Nikte Advocates in 1952 with a quiet conviction: that the law must serve people with clarity, integrity, and purpose. I grew up around legal briefs and courtroom conversations — where every matter, no matter how small, was treated with seriousness and care. When I stepped into the profession in 1982, I didn’t just continue a legacy — I took responsibility for strengthening it. → I’ve represented clients across more than a thousand matters in the Bombay High Court, NCLT, RERA, Sessions and Civil Courts, and every major tribunal in Maharashtra. → Our firm continues to advise over 500 clients — from developers and industries to families, business owners, and institutions. → We manage over live legal matters with a strong foundation in both litigation and advisory.
