I’m a law student with a growing foundation in Corporate and Commercial Law, deeply curious about how legal frameworks shape real-world business decisions. My key areas of interest include Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Institutional Finance, Corporate Due Diligence and Investment Laws—fields where law meets strategy, and precision matters. Through a diverse set of internships and long-term engagements, I’ve developed practical exposure to corporate transactions, legal due diligence, contract drafting, and compliance work. Whether researching the finer points of the Companies Act or understanding regulatory frameworks like SEBI (InvITs, ICDR, LODR, Mutual Fund), RERA, or RBI guidelines, I’ve found myself drawn to the intersection of legal clarity and business intent. Alongside my corporate journey, I’ve also continuously assisted Senior Advocates and AORs in Civil, Criminal, Writ, and Constitutional litigation, particularly before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts and tribunals. Drafting SLPs, Writ Petitions, Counter Affidavits, and Legal Opinions has sharpened both my attention to detail and my respect for legal process. This parallel exposure has given me a well-rounded appreciation of how law functions both inside the courtroom and beyond it. What drives me? A genuine belief in the power of law to solve problems and serve the "legal justice"- not just on paper, but in people’s lives. This reflects in my engagement with legal aid and social justice initiatives, where I try to bridge the worlds of policy, practice, and purpose. I’m always open to conversations and opportunities that allow me to learn, contribute, and evolve—especially in areas like corporate advisory and due diligence, dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and socially impactful legal work.
