I am an experienced Quality professional with over 29 years of experience in various industries such as Electronics, lighting, and Electrical manufacturing. My expertise lies in Quality Assurance and Control activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining customer-specific requirements. I am well-versed in ISO 9001 standard, and have extensive experience in implementing quality management systems in manufacturing plants. I have worked as a Quality Head/ Sr.Manager, where I was responsible for managing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities of IQC/IPQC/OQC of SMT,MI, Assembly & Packing units. I ensured that quality procedures were in compliance with quality policy and conducted internal quality audits to identify and implement process improvement actions. I also managed final product inspections to achieve zero PPM and coordinated with the customer, application engineering, and manufacturing for quality issues, field issues, and new model launches.
