Ample of experience in Auditing, Billing, Invoice gathering, Invoice processing, Vendor management Wireline TEMS which includes (not limited to) below duties - Responsible for monthly comprehensive invoices analysis- Invoice analysis to identify errors, discrepancies, and opportunity for cost savings- Auditing/Approving telecom service provider invoices for payment processing- Maintain telecom circuits inventory database and reconcile telecom inventory to invoices- Coordinate with AP team to resolve billing discrepancies to assure corrections and credits are applied- Monitor service level agreements which include billing accuracy, renewal teams, disconnects, term liabilities and vendor account/circuit audits- Investigate unusual charges trends, determine corrective actions and work on to implement remedial action plans- Reporting/Standard customized reporting and vendor management- Delivering saving to clients via Dispute Management, contract renegotiation, service upgrade, deactivating unused lines, monthly invoice audits.
