Specialisation: Master Thesis: Exploring Formative Feedback using a Quizbot Conversational interfaces also called chatbots recently disrupted the Internet and opened up endless opportunities for assessment and learning. Formative feedback providing learners with a practical instruction for improvement is one of the challenging tasks in, for instance self-assessment settings and self-directed learning. This project explored the opportunities of providing formative feedback in chatbot-based assessment. Two types of feedback: immediate feedback and cumulative feedback were implemented regarding their formative effect. A chatbot called SQL Quizbot was developed using Chatfuel, Firebase and Integromat, deployed on Facebook Messenger. Functional Skills: Experience in Collective Investment Schemes such as unit trust, Open Ended Investment Companies (OEIC’s), Asset, Agent and investment Management. Securities, Trading, Imaging and Workflow Responsibilities held : • Requirement analysis, Effort Estimation, Technical Design, Task assignment, Development, Unit and Integration testing, Inter and Intra team coordination, implementation and Post implementation support. Design and Developed web services and user interfaces (GUI). • Involved in designing and developing the stored procedures, Queries and triggers. • Followed N-Tier architecture development that involves Presentation Tier, Transaction Tier, Business Tier and Database Tier. • Customized ADO.Net classes like Connection, Data Reader, Transaction, used Command object to retrieve, modify, delete and save data, used data reader. • Form Validation including business logic validations for data entered by the user. • Created unit test plans for all test cases in the web service. • Peer-to-Peer code review, presentations, coordination and knowledge transfer.
