I am a dynamic IT infrastructure professional with over 11+ years of expertise in the network, cloud, and IT infrastructure domain. I currently work as a Technical Consultant at Microsoft, where I deliver and manage Microsoft Azure Professional Direct Service Offering lot of accounts, providing proactive and reactive monitoring, support, and advisory assistance on Azure services.I have a strong background in cloud, networking, security, and DevOps, with proficiency in Microsoft Azure, AWS, cloud-native technologies, virtualization, Citrix, and Microsoft server administration and infrastructure deployment. I have successfully deployed and managed Kubernetes clusters both on-premise and in the cloud, demonstrating my hands-on expertise in container orchestration and modern DevOps practices such as CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and configuration management. My DevOps toolkit includes Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes, enabling infrastructure automation, scalable deployments, and efficient cloud operations.I also hold multiple certifications, such as CWNA, CCNA, CCNP, AWS, and Microsoft 104, 900, and 305. I graduated from the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, where I acquired a solid foundation in OEM technologies such as Windows Networking, Wireless Networking, Hyper-V Virtualization, VPN, Routing and Switching, and more.Throughout my career, I have developed strong customer handling and troubleshooting skills, effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and resolve technical issues promptly.
