I have over 20 years of cross-functional experience in Sales, Marketing, Training, and IT service desk skills, with credentials in PMI and Six Sigma. My core competencies include new business development, manufacturing process improvement, key account management, and product marketing. I have successfully launched and promoted various products and solutions for Dell Technologies, where I was the Country Head for Product Marketing and a Consultant for the Asia Pacific and Japan region. I have also organized and participated in multiple promotional events and activities, increasing the profitability and market coverage of the products and solutions I managed.
