Make plan for all Action Items/Escalations /Meeting etc. Track & Train Retention Associates on Audits/Products. Handling the complaints and escalations for the Banc assurance north region Maintaining Close relationship with Customer and attracting to the Organization Policies and Planning. Meeting with the HNI Customers. Daily banking reports reconciliation – cheques/DD/Cash paid by clients. Coordination across Different Functions of the organization to get the best Job done. Arrange of resolution of All Reinstatement cases including their Medical arrangements, with the Help of Provider. Timely Arrangement of Reports & Analysis as desired by the reporting line Managers. Delivery of Monthly as well as yearly targets.
