I assist customers with technology adoption and Digital Transformation. In my current role, I ensure that customer investments in Microsoft Cloud are successful and help them achieve more through Microsoft Cloud and power of Artificial Intelligence. Prior to my current role, I have spent over 10 years in various positions including Architect, Technical Consulting, and People Management. My experience spans Performance Engineering, Delivery Management (covering Performance Engineering, Automation, DevOps, QA & Transformation), Capacity Planning, Site Reliability, and Application/Infrastructure Monitoring. While I have always been directly responsible for technical delivery management and program management, I have also had the opportunity to engage in client account management, executive relationship management, and program and people management roles across the USA and Canada. I am an experienced technical consultant and a strong technology generalist, having worked in multiple business verticals such as Public Sector, Banking, Life Sciences/Healthcare, Travel and Hospitality. My expertise includes technologies such as Azure and other leading cloud services, Mobile, SaaS products like MuleSoft, fintech products, IVR, Salesforce, Core Banking applications, e-commerce, and custom off-the-shelf products. One of the aspects I appreciate most about my current role at Microsoft is the opportunity to continuously learn about new developments in Microsoft Azure.
