Tracking ongoing OMC training and facilitating infrastructure as per need basis 5. Management and responsible for complete Metro Rail Operations and safety divisions, which include Station, Train Operation, OCC, Safety, Training, Security, Commercial, Station Retail & Business Development 6. Accountable for Customer Experience and Ridership and to ensure best-in-class customer experience, last-mile connectivity & related to Fare & Non-fare revenues development 7. Supervising the testing and commissioning activities to avoid any accidents; managing the QHSE and RAMS demonstration 8. Finalizing Operations Manual, Safety Manuals, Disaster Management Manual, SOPs related to Operations and Safety, Station Working Orders, and Competency Certificate of all Operations and Critical Safety staff for CMRS inspection
