I am an experienced Retail and Business Banking Sales Management Professional offering 15+ years of successful record in accomplishing and exceeding goals while growing and scaling sales of organizations with portfolios across Credit Card Sales, LAS & Education Loan, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, SME Loans, and Investment Banking. Over the years, I have demonstrated excellence in developing innovative sales strategies that have immensely increased the sales performance of the businesses putting them ahead of their competition in the market. I have been effectively responsible for developing and executing direct portfolio stimulation and growth campaigns for credit card products. I support the planning, development, and implementation of portfolio growth tactics, existing customer management strategies, and the overall management of pricing initiatives and utilization promotions. I bring to the table my successful professional journey in which I have deftly managed and led high-performing sales teams. In my present association with ICICI Bank, I have doubled the Personal Loans Portfolio, grew the Business loans portfolio, and registered the highest number of new Cards set up. I also held 2nd position in Pan India - Regional Head Sales Category for BIL business month-on-month, recorded zero attrition in the last 5 years in ICICI Bank, and many rewarded promotions. I have actively participated in and won multiple contests like the Champions League, and received Zonal/ Regional Conclave awards for outstanding performance. During my tenure with HDFC Bank, I was the recipient of the Silver Star Award thrice along with other contests as Manager (Payment Business – Credit cards). I also emerged as one of the top performers for PAN India as a Manager (LAS and Education Loan).
