I have 36 years of theoretical and practical knowledge of tyre manufacturing process by working in R&D of a reputed private concern. Based in Chennai I have visited all the manufacturing factories attached to the concern I had worked. I was looking after Tyre Vulcanization and involved in arriving cure time for sizes ranging from smallest tyre to OTR including defence aircraft, solid tyres with Nylon, Polyester fabric by understanding the tyre construction details, composition of various compounds and their cure characteristics. Determination and evaluation of cure times and Cure Development. Good in analysing heat profiles of different regions of tyre while heating and cooling phase to achieve best optimum cure properties for a given tyre to perform better in the field. Also have experience in Tubes, Flaps, Bladder / Waterbags, PCTR, Conveyor Belting and Tyre Retreading process. I have experience in selecting the right Data Acquisition instrument, Thermocouple wires, Temperature measuring instruments for different departments of Tyre manufacturing process.
