Background

About Bhaswat Ayan

With a foundation in Civil Engineering (B Tech) and a passion for high-tech innovation I’ve transitioned into the semiconductor space through a Postgraduate Diploma in Semiconductor Technology backed by hands-on experience in cleanroom environments and semiconductor manufacturing processes. During my practical training in Cleanroom Technology I gained critical insights into contamination control wafer handling and semiconductor fabrication protocols. My internship at IIT Guwahati—under the SEMI-IESA-ESSI Semiconductor Manufacturing Skill Workshop—gave me valuable exposure to front-end semiconductor processing equipment handling and industry best practices across various stages of semiconductor manufacturing including packaging and testing. Combining my engineering background with specialized knowledge in semiconductor technology I am eager to contribute to the semiconductor ecosystem in areas such as fabrication process engineering packaging testing quality control and facilities management. I am actively seeking opportunities to apply my expertise in a leadership or cross-functional role within semiconductor manufacturing R&D or operations where I can contribute to process optimization yield enhancement and innovative solutions for the industry. Let’s connect if you're working on or passionate about semiconductor technologies—I’m excited to learn collaborate and contribute to the growth of this rapidly evolving industry!
