Major strengths include QA Analysis, design, and development of test cases with strong debugging skills to help improve the products quality. • Builds/Manages quality assurance teams and has testing background including server and mobile applications • Planning releases by analyzing the features added to the product, assessing the test efforts, providing LOEs, scheduling the QA time lines based on resources, mitigating the risks and impacts of the releases also providing the solutions for mitigation from QA front. • Manages various products that involves client application on both Android & iOS devices & cloud based server applications hosted in both AWS cloud and In-house data centers. • Teams up with IT Ops team to plan production server deployment, assigning the QA resources / testing during the maintenance window and update the results to the rest of the team. • Manages the team’s tasks and schedules on a daily basis to keep track of the QA progress and making sure that planned releases are not impacted • Encourage and mentors the team by setting up goals and expectation clearly, also listening to their problems and concerns to improve the process and provide a healthy environment for the team to work with • Delivers parallel releases at the same time lines for both server and clients. • Carries out SDLC and SQA methodologies with both Agile Scrum and traditional waterfall models. • Facilitates fast, efficient and reliable quality releases with in the planned schedules. • Coordinates with Engineering, program management, product management, Service delivery, ITOps, NOC, Release engineering. • Demonstrates the product features and test coverage to the customers.
