Attending regular bridge call with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and weekly updates on targeted QoS areas. • Work within established configuration and management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure by ISP. • Maintaining the bandwidth percentage assigned to links, packet precedence and exceeding packet action. Take action on the updation to this configuration as and when required. • Read and understand the QoS configuration and policies given by ISP, update them as and when required in NOC Databases with ISP co-ordination. • Efforts for improving resilience of the current environment. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations.
