I am a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience spanning financial administration, event coordination, and professional development within the automotive and financial services sector. Currently serving as Junior CPD Manager at the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI), I lead the planning and delivery of high-impact CPD events and initiatives that support the growth, ethics, and excellence of financial planning professionals across the country. Since joining FPI in 2018, I have steadily progressed through key roles, from CPD Office and Event Administrator to Senior Event Coordinator, and now Junior CPD Manager. Each step has deepened my understanding of the industry and strengthened my ability to design and execute professional learning experiences aligned with FPI’s mission and values. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Regenesys Business School, with majors in Finance, Marketing, and Project Management, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Financial Planning from Milpark Education. My background in financial management, gained during my earlier roles in finance and administration, gives me a strong foundation in both operational and strategic planning. I thrive in dynamic, purpose-driven environments and believe in doing what is right, even when no one is watching.
