I am a Lead Managing Editor works for Wiley Academic Publishing Books. Strategically responsible for the successful delivery of projects of Health Professions and Veterinary books (nursing, midwifery, allied health, and clinical medicine portfolio), from contract signing until delivery of final product to warehouse. This includes managing costs, schedules, and fiscal output budgets, keeping stakeholders informed of any variance, maintaining high-level contact with the author/editor throughout the book life cycle, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Conflict resolution, troubleshooting issues within projects and ensuring quality delivery of end product. Hands-on experience working with Wiley's high-profile authors and maintaining positive relationships with them.
