As the Founder of That Happiness Project, I've spearheaded numerous achievements, including providing a year of pro bono therapy, serving over 1.5k + clients, and hosting 150+ workshops and are now spread across five countries. With a background as an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, Counselor, and Psychotherapist, I am deeply committed to promoting positive psychology and raising awareness about lesser-known therapeutic modalities. In my psychotherapy practice, I leverage evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ISTDP, while prioritizing creating a trauma-sensitive space for clients. My areas of expertise span from anxiety, depression, addictions and mood disorders to somatic experiencing, and trauma recovery. Beyond my clinical work, I bring over two years of experience as an Executive Search Professional, specializing in Financial Services. My expertise extends to HR, Change Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, and Corporate Wellness, with practical experience gained through internships with Fortune 500 companies. Moreover, I've actively engaged in child psychology projects with various organizations, showcasing my dedication to holistic mental health initiatives.
