About Bhavya Mudduluru

It started with a pitch. What began as a student project quickly evolved into a deep curiosity for how ideas become businesses—and how strategy shapes their success. That curiosity took me from university pitch rooms to boardrooms, where I worked alongside founders navigating real-time decisions in high-growth environments. Most recently, I was part of Maki People, a Paris-based AI-driven HR tech platform company fresh off a €23M Series A. As a Founder Associate, I had a front-row seat to the action—crafting strategic proposals for enterprise clients like LVMH, EY, and Riyadh Air, building tailored product demos, shaping pricing strategies, streamlining sales operations, developing dashboards, and supporting go-to-market planning. One highlight? On day one, I was handed a live enterprise opportunity and tasked with delivering the full sales pitch, ROI business case, and demo—which won a €12M ARR deal. That first project threw me into the deep end and immersed me in Maki’s culture—where I learned to embrace intensity and play to win. Before Maki, I explored strategy consulting at Blue Chapter, where I developed a go-to-market plan for a Dublin-based AI startup, boosting its projected revenue. Prior to that, at Divotech, I took on a Chief of Staff role—managing supply chain issues and client relationships in an intense, fast-paced B2B environment. I graduated with my Master’s in Strategic Management at HEC Paris, with a focus on AI, technology platforms, and sustainable business models. Outside the business world, I’m drawn to adventure and travel. I’m a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, an avid reader, and an occasional horse rider.
