Handling optimization of new sites and handling problems like Call Drop, Interference, Handover Failures, Handover Reversion, Channel Reselections, Rx Quality, Rx level in building problem, Antenna Tilting & Competitive Drive Test. Working knowledge on Drive test Logfile processing tolls ACTIX,NEMO,GLADIATOR. Good working knowledge on Map Info. Analysing RF Drive Test logs & tuning the RF parameters like BCCH, BSIC, HSN, MAIO, & TCH Frequencies. Site EMF report submission to TERM CELL Carrying out optimization and Radio Frequency (RF) acceptance testing. Analyzing RF Drive Test generated log files. Providing Support to Implementation, Vendor & RF teams for Network Growth & RF optimization activities and troubleshooting of fault & complete operation & maintenance of various sites. Carrying out SCFT of new sites and getting it cleared from customer side. Handling all RF related customer complaints by checking / inspecting serving BTS site Planned additional sites, if any. Performing hard optimization of the network so as to minimize coverage holes & interference. Conducting RF drive test using tools and analysing results on software tool for the RF optimisation/improvement of the network. Good working knowledge on SIP and VOIP protocols
