I initially supported MSP Shortlisting Vendor Management for a month. I have moved to dedicated client BODYCOTE for Sourcing support using Talent Nation-Job Postings, Campaigns, Batch Emails, Applicants Tracking and Text Recruit for three months. I have then moved to Radar-The process where we give sourcing support to multiple clients such as Honeywell, Volkswagon, Terex, Ford, Voilla, Pall, E-Trade, AXA Etc five months. My skills include Reporting, Grassroots, Networking, and Sourcing in portals such as Monster, Indeed, and other Job Portals we are associated with. Using Talent Nation, LinkedIn, creating jobs, posting in job communities, and Job groups in LinkedIn in google and Facebook. I am then moved into another project during the pandemic, The client was FedEx, and I am a Technical recruiter as well as the "Candidate Care Specialist". I am the pilot batch for working on the tool All Birds for this client. I have used text recruit and Montage talent in this process. Sourced and screened the potential talent. I supported as sourcing specialist for Conduent immediately after FedEx. I was promoted to Team Lead - Source & Screen in August 2021.
