With multiple years of experience in quality, release, and client engineering, I am passionate about delivering cutting-edge software solutions for the Fintech, Embedded finance and Enterprise Software industry. I am currently the Director of Quality and Client Engineering at Productfy, a leading platform for banking-as-a-service and financial inclusion. In this role, I lead a team of engineers and testers to ensure the highest quality standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction for our products and services. I also collaborate with senior engineering, product, and service teams to design and execute effective test strategies, automation frameworks, and release processes. Some of my key achievements include: Grooming future stories and epics with agile methodologies and Jira tools, resulting in improved planning, prioritization, and delivery of features and enhancements. Creating and owning the client scoping, configuration, and deployment processes, enabling smooth and successful rollout and ongoing customer support. Managing the compliance QA for customer due diligence during customer on-boarding, ensuring adherence to third-party products and regulations. Reducing operational costs, minimizing deployment time, and ensuring procedural compliance with tech-standards.
