About Bhoomi Mehra

Growing up, I was always fascinated by business management, and I knew that being a professional in this field is what I have always desired. I started exploring my options and decided to study BCom at Punjab University, India. After graduating from my course, I landed a job as a Business Development Manager in one of the leading companies in Punjab. I lead a team of 10 people and designed roadmaps to achieve month-end goals. Fast forward three years, my passion for Business brought me at Pures College of Technology in Toronto where at present I am studying International Business Management. Some of the courses I have taken so far are Global Supply Chain Management, International Market Entry Strategies, International Trade Law, and Global E-Business Management. These courses have broadened my vision and I have acquired ample of knowledge to analyze a situation and make smart business decisions. Apart from being a student, I also work as a Customer Sales Representative at The UPS Store, Canada. Being an international student, I have repeatedly been exposed to new cultures and diverse groups of people. This has made me able to quickly adapt to changes and gain a broader perspective. I am always curious about things and enjoy learning. I like to solve problems and fix errors. I am a detail orientated person and I keep my goals and tasks organized to maintain productivity. I believe that the skills that I have attained from the dynamic working environment and competitive university life define me and I am looking forward to implementing and polishing them in any opportunity that I receive.
