I have also pursued Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School, Bangalore (Distance Learning). Below is a concise overview of my profile: With an experience spanning 6 years as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer for both Listed and Private companies in Mumbai and Pune, I have achieved valuable experience in handling independently compliances relating to Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA and Listing Agreement. After a brief break dedicated to raising my family, I started my practice as a Practicing Company Secretary (PCS) in 2018. This intentional career shift not only allowed me to keep in touch and stay updated but also provided invaluable opportunities to collaborate with a diverse clientele. I have also pursued certification in Yoga Teacher Training, blending my passion for holistic well-being with a disciplined professional approach. As I actively seek new job opportunities, I am eager to contribute my diverse skills to a forward-thinking organization that values both corporate excellence and employee well-being.
