I am a service professional with over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I am currently employed as Manager on Duty for newly opened Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto boasting 400 guest rooms. As pre opening team our my goal was to train our staff according to company standards and policies to provide excellent guest services and satisfaction. Creating training manuals and procedures is our top priority.My other duties includes helping housekeeping and front desk departments for hiring process, scheduling and payroll. My previous employment was as Assistant Front Office Manager with Oakes hotel Overlooking the Falls which has 237 rooms and some of the best Falls view rooms. My communication and organizational skills are first-rate as I am able to multi-task and value keeping staff informed. I am a consummate service professional and always work to accommodate the needs of hotel guests. I have been told that one of my greatest assets is my gift for conflict management. In addition I was working as Assistant Front Office Manager with Saskatoon Inn and Conference Centre. a Full-Service hotel with 257 rooms and square foot convention space, where I conduct numerous duties, such as managing front office personnel developing schedules ordering supplies monitoring inventories and assisting guests. I have a great deal of supervisory experience and am comfortable managing a large staff.
