With over 15 years of work experience in the BPO and mortgage industry, I am a seasoned leader and a domain expert who can deliver exceptional results for my clients and stakeholders. As an Associate Vice President at Digital Risk, I managed large teams of approximately 350+ team members who are responsible to deliver exceptional results for our clients. I am passionate about providing quality service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency. I also value collaboration, innovation, and diversity, and I strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment for my team and colleagues. In my current role, I leverage my skills in BPO, team management, and operations management to oversee the coordination and communication between multiple stakeholders, including lenders, borrowers, appraisers, underwriters, and title companies. I ensure that all the loan applications are processed in compliance with the regulatory and contractual requirements, and that any issues or escalations are resolved promptly and effectively. I also monitor and analyze the key performance indicators, such as revenue, loan quality, customer feedback, and productivity, and provide feedback and coaching to my team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.
