Specific Duties and Responsibilities – pre-opening and rebranding • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives. • Builds candidate sources by researching media and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities and benefits. • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. • Utilize the internet for recruitment; advertising vacancies to appropriate internet sources; research new ways of using the internet for recruitment; use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. • Improves organization attractiveness; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work. • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the property’s vacancy. • Reviewing applications qualifications, comparing to job requirements; managing screening interview; verifying references and creating a shortlist of candidates for VP Human Resources, Regional Director. • Acts as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. • Promotes Company’s reputation as “Best Place to Work”. • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
