Experienced and passionate IT professional with over 10 years in the IT sector. I had the privilege to work on high visibility projects in my career. As an IT Coordinator I am responsible for establishing IT protocols, advising on suitable IT choices, providing technical support, and acting as a link between end users and higher-level support. Install and configure software and hardware, monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. I also worked in the hotel and tourism industry as IT system implementer back home( Mauritius). Interesting project consisting of POS implementation on a large scale in the hotel industry. During my career path, my last experience I was appointed as IT Manager for the IHG group of hotels in Mauritius. As an IT leader, I was in charge of managing a hotel’s infrastructure relating to information technology, software and technological resources. Technology plays a crucial role in the hospitality industry, and was also responsible of carrying out the hotel’s objectives relating to this sector.
